Return & Refund Policy
- Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, no exchanges or returns are possible.
- Returns are not permitted after product purchase. Promptly inspect goods upon delivery, reporting any defects immediately. Provide images/videos of defects within 7 working days from receipt. Cancellation will be impossible after the AWB/shipping number is generated.
- Goods can be returned only with prior approval and written confirmation from WIT Illumination LLP. We may repair/replace parts as a first resolution.
- An inquiry to ascertain defect existence may be conducted. If denied the opportunity to investigate, we are not obligated for repairs or subsequent delivery.
- Initiate return requests through our official website, WhatsApp, or email. We'll arrange product retrieval at our expense, with shipping commencing within two business days. We commit to resolving and processing returns within seven working days.
- If no defect is found, reimbursement of expenses and damages may be sought from the User. No defect is acknowledged if attributed to improper use, lack of maintenance, or deviation beneficial to the user.
- Once a defect is declared, the User must store and care for the item properly. Returns must be in original packaging and unused; used items won't be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if Users exploit the system, violating Terms.
- Fee modifications are at our discretion, with immediate effect upon posting or notification on our Platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
- Refunds won't be provided if we're entitled to refuse rectifying the defect or subsequent delivery.
- Submit cancellations within 12 hrs of placing an order via email or SMS/WhatsApp with the order number. Save your cancellation acknowledgment for reference.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed online within 7-15 working days.
