Terms of Use

• These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and application, collectively referred to as the "Platform." Owned by Wit Illumination LLP, the Platform provides access to our services and products. Before proceeding, please carefully read these terms and our privacy policy. In case of any conflict between these terms and other platform policies, these terms take precedence.
• By using the Platform, accessing our services or products, and registering through any means, you explicitly agree to these terms, forming a legally binding agreement. If you disagree, we kindly ask you to exit this page and refrain from using the Platform or our services. Note that any registered access to our services is non-transferable.
• The Platform may contain links to external websites ("Linked Sites") that operate independently. Wit Illumination LLP is not responsible for the content of Linked Sites, and we encourage independent verification of their accuracy. We assume no responsibility for data transmission from Linked Sites and provide these links for convenience. Their presence doesn't imply endorsement or affiliation with the operators of those sites.

Prices & Payments

• Our prices, inclusive of 18% GST for commercial transactions, are outlined on our platform. WIT Illumination LLP ensures the issuance of a tax invoice as per legal requirements.
• Additional services agreed upon (e.g., extra charging cable, extra battery) will be invoiced separately with mutual agreement.
• Unless specified otherwise, payment for product orders must be received by WIT Illumination LLP before delivery/release.
• We are not liable for unauthorized use, fraud, payment refunds, or lost amounts in transactions. Claims, errors, malfunctions, liabilities, damages, or defects in services from third-party platforms are not the responsibility of WIT Illumination LLP.
• Payments on the platform are processed through mechanisms established by Wit Illumination LLP. Users are responsible for timely payment of fees and applicable taxes through various options, such as card payments, UPI, online bank transfers, and wallet payments. Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not supported.
• Payment gateways follow the terms and conditions of third-party providers listed on the platform, and users agree to be bound by these terms.
• All payments are processed through the platform's payment mechanism, and users are responsible for timely payment of fees and applicable taxes, if any.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Once an order is dispatched from our warehouse, no exchanges or returns are possible.
• Returns are not permitted after product purchase. Promptly inspect goods upon delivery, reporting any defects immediately. Provide images/videos of defects within 7 working days from receipt. Cancellation will be impossible after the AWB/shipping number is generated.
• Goods can be returned only with prior approval and written confirmation from WIT Illumination LLP. We may repair/replace parts as a first resolution.
• An inquiry to ascertain defect existence may be conducted. If denied the opportunity to investigate, we are not obligated for repairs or subsequent delivery.
• Initiate return requests through our official website, WhatsApp, or email. We'll arrange product retrieval at our expense, with shipping commencing within two business days. We commit to resolving and processing returns within seven working days.
• If no defect is found, reimbursement of expenses and damages may be sought from the User. No defect is acknowledged if attributed to improper use, lack of maintenance, or deviation beneficial to the user.
• Once a defect is declared, the User must store and care for the item properly. Returns must be in original packaging and unused; used items won't be accepted. Return shipping costs apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion if Users exploit the system, violating Terms.
• Fee modifications are at our discretion, with immediate effect upon posting or notification on our Platform. Continued use implies acceptance.
• Refunds won't be provided if we're entitled to refuse rectifying the defect or subsequent delivery.
• Submit cancellations within 12 hrs of placing an order via email or SMS/WhatsApp with the order number. Save your cancellation acknowledgment for reference.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed online within 7-15 working days.

Shipping & Delivery

• While most products are usually in stock for immediate shipment, please inquire about availability and current product status for a smooth shipping process.
• All orders undergo meticulous scrutiny, including video recording and thorough inspection before dispatch. Promptly inspect your purchase upon delivery; report breakage or missing components via email with images within two working days.
• We'll inspect and resolve reported issues within 7 working days, delivering the product or initiating a refund.
• Allow a minimum of one working day for order dispatch. Transit time depends on the chosen shipping method and the logistics company, with an estimated delivery window of 5-10 business days.
• Collaborations with renowned courier services ensure punctual and reliable delivery, but WIT ILLUMINATION LLP is not liable for loss or damage if products are left unattended at the delivery address.
• Notify us within one working day of 'delivered' status if you haven't received your order, enabling effective assistance.

• Non-compliance with delivery deadlines due to force majeure will result in deadline extensions.
• If no designated person is present to receive the goods on the agreed date, the customer is in default of acceptance, risking additional costs for a new delivery.
• The place of performance for repairs is our company headquarters/authorized service center.

Warranty

• Duration: Our warranty covers a period of one year from the date of the product's purchase.
• Covered in Warranty: The warranty covers defects in Battery & LED Modules.
• Not Covered in Warranty: Physical damage, including dents, scratches, and dings resulting from normal wear and tear.
• Additional Details: No separate warranty is provided by Wit Illumination LLP beyond legal requirements. The fixtures are rated between IP54 to 65, indicating their ability to withstand limited exposure to water, such as splashes or moderate rainfall. However, damages incurred due to submersion in water are not covered.
• Post-warranty Service: After the expiration of the one-year warranty period, you can acquire additional products like chargers, batteries, LED Modules from our online platform. A comprehensive DIY guide will be available through published videos on the Media Pages of the company.
• General: We offer a one-year warranty on our products, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. For specific details and limitations, refer to our detailed warranty policy.
