  • We'll inspect and resolve reported issues within 7 working days, delivering the product or initiating a refund.
  • Allow a minimum of one working day for order dispatch. Transit time depends on the chosen shipping method and the logistics company, with an estimated delivery window of 5-10 business days.

  • Notify us within one working day of 'delivered' status if you haven't received your order, enabling effective assistance.
